2. Privacy policy

Data processed: what you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, company and message) or by emailing me. No data is collected in any other way.
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, manage the resulting professional relationship.
Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form and, if an engagement is agreed, the performance of that contract.
Retention: for the duration of the communication and, afterwards, for any legally required periods.
Recipients and processors: no data is shared with third parties except by legal obligation. The following processors are involved in providing the service: the hosting provider (OVH, servers in the European Union), the email provider and Google (reCAPTCHA, to prevent spam on the form, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies). Google may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing hola@adolfodiaz.pro. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with theSpanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
